This talk presents a vision for building a strategic Human-Centred AI in Education ecosystem that goes beyond individual tools or isolated initiatives. Drawing on his research, Evrim Baran (Iowa State University, USA) explores how teacher preparation programmes, K-12 school partnerships, and key stakeholders in the AI ecosystem can be purposefully connected to create coherent, innovative, and sustainable AI-ready educational systems and a future workforce equipped with the critical AI literacies needed to thrive in an AI-driven world.
